Electromagnetic heater introduction:
    An electromagnetic heater is a device that converts electrical energy into thermal energy using the principle of electromagnetic induction. The electromagnetic controller converts 220V/380V, 50/60Hz AC power into DC power through the rectifier circuit, and then converts the DC power into voltages of different frequencies through the control circuit. The current flowing through the coil will produce a changing alternating magnetic field. When the alternating magnetic field lines pass through the magnetic conductive metal (iron, cobalt, nickel) material, numerous small eddy currents are generated in the metal body, so that the metal material itself generates heat at a high speed, thereby achieving the purpose of heating the metal material.
  The working principle of the electromagnetic heater is: convert 220V or 380V AC, rectify and convert it into DC power, then filter the DC power, turn the DC into AC by using IGBT or SCR, and generate high-frequency magnetic lines in the induction coil. The eddy current on the surface of the workpiece inside the coil is generated by the self-generated internal resistance.
